Since opening our doors, in 2003, our company has been committed to being there for our neighbors and safeguarding their comfort every hour of the day and every day of the year. To us, home comfort is more than a concept — it’s a promise. It promises safety and well-being on the iciest winter night and the hottest summer day.

We are a family-owned business, and the people who work here live in the communities we serve. That means we are always positioned to respond to emergency no-heat calls, even on Christmas!

The Evolved Mechanical story — from Cork to Malden

Our story begins across the ocean, where our founder and president, Jason Moriarty, entered the heating and cooling field, training at the FAS Trade School in Cork City. Jason honed his craft in Cork before moving to Boston in 2000. He soon noticed how many Boston area homes relied on inefficient heating and cooling systems and decided to start a business to help change that.

Jason launched Evolved Mechanical with two goals in mind:

1. to give his neighbors information about their heating and cooling needs and options
2. to install higher efficiency systems throughout the Greater Boston area

We’ve grown quite a bit since 2003, but our ever-expanding team still works toward these goals every day.

We are — and always have been — part of the community

Our customers are our neighbors. Evolved Mechanical is based out of Malden. The Moriarty family lives in Melrose. The customers who rely on us for their heating and cooling needs are the same people we see at church, in coffee shops, at the supermarket and at school drop-offs.

When you need to get ahold of us to deal with a heating or cooling emergency, you’ll speak to a live person in the area, not a call center or automated system. Our team will get to you quickly and fix your problem so that you and your loved ones stay warm and safe.

The Evolved Mechanical team is also committed to giving back to the community. We’re honored to sponsor community events like Melrose Pride, the Melrose Women’s Softball championship, the Chamber of Commerce Victorian Fair, the Summer Stroll and the YMCA’s Spooky Sprint 5K.
